Learning Objectives:
• Upon completion of this course, the student will demonstrate the ability to listen, communicate orally, visually, and/or in appropriate written forms.
• Upon completion of this course, the student will demonstrate the ability to define and discuss the relationship of marketing mix elements to consumer behavior.
• Upon completion of this course, the student will understand personal and environmental factors influencing consumer behavior, organizational buyer behavior and the decision making process.
