MHA 6337 - Population Health Planning & Implementation

This course addresses population health as a key responsibility of healthcare leaders, who are ethically responsible implementing change to improve quality, access, and affordability of services for all patients, and consumers. Topics include: network leadership, health in all policies, needs of populations, chronic disease, health system transformation, social determinants of health, information technology and big­data analytics, health impact assessments, and change implementation model amon others.

Pre-requisites: MHA 5303, MHA 5305, MHA 5310, MHA 6312, MHA 6315, MHA 6318
