This course addresses the top executive's responsibility, employing the Seven-Stage Model of Strategic Planning and Marketing, providing a roadmap for leading and implementing the strategic plan and supporting marketing action plans. Topics include competitive analysis, determination of key business proposition, planning strategy, aligning strategy with structure, linking day-to-day operations with strategy, fitting marketing to strategy, implementing strategy and marketing plans, and monitoring results and adjusting strategy and marketing as necessary.
