BIO 1314 - General Biology ll Lecture

Biology 1314 is a curriculum course emphasizing basic biological principles. Biology 1314 is specifically designed for biology majors and honors students and provides an introductory survey of the diversity of life: prokaryotes, protists, plants, fungi and animals. The structure and function of plants and animals will be covered in more depth. There will be an introduction to ecology and the environment. The course provides the background needed for biology majors as they progress to advanced courses.
