This course provides a broad analysis of the legal constraints and restraints placed on business. Emphasis is placed on the nature and function of legal rules; the courts and attendant legal processes, including judicial lawmaking; lawmaking by legislatures; government regulation and control of business; and the role and influence of various specific administrative agencies.
