MGT 3324 - Entrepreneurship/Small Business Management |
This course examines the phenomena of the entrepreneurial process and personality,
contrasts entrepreneurial management/leadership skills with those required in
established large and small businesses, and looks at environments, which are
conducive to the entrepreneurial process. Location analysis, market analysis,
product selection, financing alternatives, record keeping, human resource selection
control systems and advertising topics are also covered.
