MKT 3302 - Business Plan Foundations
This course develops the essential skills necessary to create a new entity or refine a current business concept for which limited service or product delivery has been previously accomplished. Course emphasizes the necessity and methods to generate research-based detailed information leading to the preparation of a pro forma business plan. Elements include the executive summary, the vision and mission statements, the branding strategy, the situational analysis, the core benefit proposition, and its accompanying marketing plan, the managerial team structure, the financials, and the presentation to potential investors or other stakeholders.
