PHY 2331 - General Physics l

This is a calculus-based introductory physics course designed for potential physicists, chemists, mathematicians, computer scientists, and engineers. Topics include mechanics, wave motion and statistical physics. General Education Course that satisfies SLO: Critical Thinking; AK: Natural Sciences (Three one-hour lecture periods per week.) Corequisite(s): PHY 2131

Prerequisites: A ‘C-’ or better in MAT 2317
