This course focuses on the special needs of individuals with moderate disabilities. Emphasis will be placed on the areas of teachings strategies, transitional issues and career awareness. The topics of assistive technologies and social and ethical issues surrounding students with moderate disabilities will be discussed. Note(s): Field experience required.
